How I can help your organisation's well-being:
I understand that the health of your staff are of upmost importance. Life can be full of ups and downs and many people will suffer from stress, anxiety, insomnia and depression, which can effect people's work and home life.
It is therefore important that all of us have inbuilt resilience to help us deal with the challenges of life, and the ability to support team members through difficulties. For this reason, many organisations have requested my assistance in developing programs to empower their staff with the techniques they need to handle many of life's challenges. Bringing together my expertise from health psychology, CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, hypnotherapy and mindfulness meditation, I can help to support your staff. I have no standard training course, as I understand each organisation has different needs. Training can be run over a number of weeks, a few hours, or a half day or a whole day, according to need. If you’d like to talk to me about how I could support your health and wellbeing programme, simply contact me. A well-being programme could help your organisation:

I explain mindfulness meditation in a very down-to-earth, simple and relaxed way, giving you the tools to be able to go away and practice. I offer plenty of time for discussion and questions, and give access to MP3's and handouts to help people to continue practice at home. All sessions are non religious, as mindfulness meditation is secular. The benefits of mindfulness meditationThe methodologies I use have been subject to rigourous scientific research. I can therefore confidently state that the mindfulness meditation training can:
